Required Qualifications
* 1-3 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in primary care or specialty care
* Bachelor's degree required
* Must have National Board Certification
* Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration in Nursing
* Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant program, Masters level preferred
* Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications
* Fluency in EMR systems & technology
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
