The Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical, high-impact role responsible for driving the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned business units within Motorola Solutions. You will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, a brand ambassador to external talent, and a champion of inclusion within our hiring practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to building the world-class teams that create and deliver our life-saving technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and closing candidates.

  • Identify, engage, and assess active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking System data, industry conferences, and networking).

  • Ensure a high-touch, world-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Negotiate complex offers, managing candidate expectations and ensuring alignment with internal compensation policies.

Strategic Partnership & Consultation

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, compensation data, and guidance on recruiting best practices.

  • Lead intake meetings to develop a deep understanding of the role, business unit objectives, and ideal candidate profile.

  • Develop and execute strategic, innovative, and cost-effective sourcing plans to pipeline diverse talent for both immediate and future needs.

Process & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting and candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Motorola Solutions' internal policies and procedures.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the Global Talent Acquisition function.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate/in-house environment.

  • Experience recruiting for a range of technical and/or corporate roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Hardware/Electrical Engineering, IT, Sales, Finance, Product Management).

  • Proven ability to utilize and master an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technology.

  • Experience recruiting within the technology, public safety, or telecommunications industries.

  • Prior experience working in a global or matrixed organizational structure.

  • A strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO compliance.

  • Certification in an assessment tool (e.g., behavioral interviewing, competency modeling).

  • Experience leveraging data and metrics to track performance and inform recruiting strategy.

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
