Maintain organized customer records, including hard-copy files, service histories, and billing documentation. Communicate clearly with customers and service personnel to provide updates, confirm appointments, and resolve basic inquiries. Assist with marketing and administrative tasks as needed, such as customer follow-ups or promotional support. Education: High School Diploma/GED.
