A Typical Shift

• Join and repair metal parts using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding.
• Read blueprints, prepare materials, operate welding equipment, and ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards.
• Work in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication environments to build and repair metal structures and components.

To Land This Job

• 1 year of previous experience.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots.
• Ability to follow directions, drawings, and shop standards.
• Comfortable with hand tools and welding equipment.
• Strong work ethic and physical stamina.
• Dependable, safe, and ready to show up on time.
