Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Shift: 5 am - 1:30 pm OR 6 am - 2:30 pm

Here's what we're looking for.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Fencing installation experience required
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or construction is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read measurements accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and prepare fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, metal, or chain link.
• Assemble fence panels, gates, and posts using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, or production drawings.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and accurate measurements.
• Package, label, and prepare completed fencing products for shipment or installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Operate machinery or equipment (e.g., saws, drills, nail guns) as needed.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials and moving completed assemblies.
• Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
