• 2+ years of paint or spray coating experience required
• Experience working with automatic paint equipment or industrial spray systems preferred
• Ability to follow work orders and maintain consistent coating quality
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic paint and spray touch-up booths
• Apply coatings to metal parts using automatic sprayers and touch-up spray guns
• Paint hard-to-reach areas prior to parts entering the automatic paint line
• Locate and prepare the correct paint materials based on work orders
• Clean automatic paint booths before each color change using compressed air
• Maintain and monitor paint booth filtration systems
• Perform routine housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area
