Here's what we're looking for.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in financial analysis, pricing, business analysis, or facilities maintenance industry preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage large datasets and present financial insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical facility maintenance spend data to develop baseline cost models for new business opportunities.
• Evaluate mechanical assets and maintenance requirements to build bottom-up cost estimates for preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
• Review scope documents, lease abstracts, property data, and operational requirements to support accurate pricing.
• Maintain and manage a centralized cost estimating and benchmarking database to improve pricing accuracy and data utilization.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and savings analyses for proposals and growth initiatives.
• Develop financial summaries, pricing models, and reports for executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Build professional proposal documents and bid sheets for prospective clients.
• Support pricing strategies for contract renewals and client retention efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and accurate financial solutions.
