Description and Requirements

Lenovo's Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) OEM Portfolio & Solutions team is seeking an experienced Services Portfolio Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our OEM services offerings. This role requires strong expertise in requirements management, go-to-market (GTM) launch strategies, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will balance market insights, customer needs, and business priorities to deliver innovative OEM services solutions that create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence and Evolve Our Core Services Portfolio
    • Define requirements for new or enhanced services that support our solutionoriented hardware roadmap.
    • Identify gaps between standard service offerings and realworld solution needs.
    • Translate customer and field feedback into clear service enhancements and recommendations.
  • Evaluate and Integrate Services Partners
    • Identify thirdparty service providers who can extend our capabilities in specialized or non-standard customer scenarios.
    • Assess partner suitability based on delivery quality, scalability, integration feasibility, and commercial alignment.
    • Recommend partnership models (codelivery, whitelabel, referral, etc.) and support onboarding with internal teams.
  • Identify and Develop ValueAdded Factory Services
    • Explore factorybased services (e.g., configuration, imaging, integration, custom labeling) that add value early in the lifecycle.
    • Build business cases and work with manufacturing, supply chain, and services operations to stand up new offerings.
    • Benchmark industry best practices to maintain competitiveness and differentiation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in services portfolio management, product management, or solutionoriented roles.
  • Strong understanding of hardware + software + services business models.
  • Experience defining service requirements and collaborating with service delivery, operations, and product teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA
  • Ability to assess thirdparty providers and manage partner relationships.
  • Background in OEM or factory integration services
  • Exposure to managed services, professional services, or lifecycle service design
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and analytical skills; comfortable leading crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (10%-20%).

This position will be working onsite in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
