Working with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry, your contributions will be pivotal in developing innovative technologies and products, significantly contributing to Parker's goal of addressing the world's most pressing engineer Location: Parker Aerospace Group - DSD-Irvine, CA1st Shift - Core hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Production MachinistPosition Summary: Following predetermined procedures, duties will include but not be limited to set ups and operating on a production basis, Set-up and operate Conventional and CNC Lathe, turret lathe, engine lathe, Conventional and CNC mills and other machine shop equipment to perform machining operations to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. Must have inspection techniques and shop safety. Selects mounts and aligns tooling attachments and materials. Able to work from drawings to set & adjust speeds, feeds to hold close tolerances.
