The position is a Renewable Term Appointment starting in August of 2026. Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking an innovative and collaborative faculty member for teaching undergraduate courses in Sport and Recreation Management. The primary responsibility will be teaching undergraduate Sport and Recreation Management courses across the curriculum; and the possibility of graduate classes if needed. The position is primarily instructional with an expected four/four teaching load during the regular academic year. There also will be an expectation that the candidate will engage in service responsibilities and some scholarship or professional qualifications. Qualifications: A master's degree in Sport or Recreation Management or a related field, required. Multi-year experience teaching Sport and Recreation Management at the collegiate level and/or professional experience working in the sport and/or recreation industry, preferred. Additional consideration given to candidates with professional experience in college athletics or professional sports; and to candidates who have coordinated practicums and/or internships in the past.
