RRD is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team this Summer as an Enterprise Technology Solutions Intern!

**THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE**

Position Summary

The Information Technology Intern will work within the Enterprise Technology Solutions team, supporting both projects and day-to-day operations. This role provides hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, security tools, and process automation, including scripts designed to support the ongoing performance, stability, and security of enterprise applications, as well as Level 1-2 investigation and resolution of system incidents and problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting and maintaining technology asset inventory across sites and updating records in ServiceNow (CMDB)
• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows systems, including Active Directory and DNS
• Support the use and administration of security tools and endpoint protection solutions
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments
• Document technical procedures, system configurations, and workflows

RRD's current salary range for this role is $24.00/hour.
