Job Description Allstate Investments is seeking a hands on Platform Specialist to drive development and enhancement of our Research & Analytics Platform, which supports investment decision making across public asset classes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical instincts, curiosity, and the ability to translate investment needs into actionable development work.Your role sits at the intersection of fundamental and quantitative investment research, analytics, technology, and data. Each day, you will engage with portfolio managers and analysts on new ideas that can improve their decision making, translating those ideas into tangible deliverables. You will work with technology teams to develop delivery plans and ensure progress is visible and well understood. You will serve as a key point of contact for the business, providing transparency into development work through regular status updates, prototypes, and feedback cycles. You will manage a growing library of business requirements and backlog items, and develop KPIs to measure how effectively the platform delivers meaningful business improvements. You will be pivotal in improving the speed, scale, and consistency with which the organization researches, evaluates, and executes investment ideas. Key Responsibilities
