Investigates employee injuries and incidents for liability and compensability. Organizes files, tracking creating and distributing written correspondence, and facilitating work comp injury cases. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Health & Safety Specialist will have the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This person will be a self-starting and results-driven team member and will engage our operational departments in our conservation efforts. Represent Palisades Tahoe internally and externally to promote our sustainability goals. Applicants must be 18 years of age. Hourly: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits. Base hourly pay range: $25.71 - $35.99 per hour A Great Job and Benefits to Match:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
