Description Sales Operations Coordinator will work within the Sales Operations team and be responsible for supporting small and medium business accounts. Overview of support includes building out reports, manually adjusting territory tags, resolve tickets and other processes within the Salesforce CRM. Your day to day "stakeholder" will be the internal sellers and having strong and precise communication skills will be very important. Day to Day requirements: -Data correction within salesforce -validation within salesforce -communicating with Amazon sales team to ensure accuracy and that cases are completed on time -building spreadsheets accurately within salesforce environment -working through tickets with individual sellers on sales team -ability to make bulk data updates Skills salesforce.com, salesforce crm, administration, data correction, mass updates, data validation, bulk updates, customer service, communication, written and verbal skills, Project management, Project coordination, operations maintenance, case management, salesforce certified advanced administrator, salesforce certified administrator, microsoft Additional Skills & Qualifications Nice to Have: -backgrond working in an enterprise level sales environment or with a technology company -Salesforce Certifications including: -Salesforce Certified Administrator -Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
