POSITION OVERVIEW The Human Resources Manager leads the daily operations of the Human Resources function, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems management. This role ensures that HR practices support organizational goals while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Serving as a strategic partner to directors and executive leadership, the Human Resources Manager provides guidance on workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and employee relations. The role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and training that promote consistency, accountability, and effective organizational practices. The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture by supporting staff development, strengthening communication between leadership and employees, and ensuring that human resources practices align with the organization's mission and values. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Benefits:
