We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to supercharge our experimentation velocity and reduce the time from idea to efficiency gains in ourgenerativeAI infrastructure. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of high-velocity experimentation initiatives that enable faster iteration and validation of improvements. You will partner closely with engineering and data science teams to build and scale the tooling, processes, and culture needed to make experimentation seamless, statistically robust, and impactful. Your work will help transform how we quickly test ideas, gather insights, and drive continuous optimizations to keep our AI platform at thecutting edge.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution forincreasing experimentation velocity, reducing time-to-insight, andacceleratingtime-to-realize efficiency.

• Reduce friction in the end-to-end experimentation process from hypothesis generation and experiment design to deployment and analysis.

• Define and track efficiency metrics, manage dependencies, and lead experimentation to drive Microsoft Foundry product growth anddemonstrateefficiency gains

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, andpartnerteams to develop and enhance our experimentation platform and tools.

• Drive alignment across teams to support experimentationinitiatives, andensure that insights from experiments translate into tangible improvements in our generative AI platform.

• Foster an organization-wide culture of experimentation and evidence-based innovation.

• Promote agility and learning, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve our AI systems at a faster pace.

• Develop compelling product narratives and performance dashboards for executive-level communication and decision-making.

• Provide clarity in ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+years of experience inproduct development. Including deliveringone or moreAI,cloud services,enterprise grade solutions, and mobileapps.

• Proven success in launching and scaling multi-million dollarrevenue products, ideally in AI, ML, or platform domains.

• Technical fluency in model performance evaluation, usability, and integration strategies.

• Product led growth focuswith data-driven decision-making skills.

• Executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a bias for action.
