AstheXbox Game Studios (XGS)Publishing & Lifecycle MarketingLeaderyou willdevelop and executethestrategy for how we communicate with gamers across devices and ecosystemsthroughout the entirecustomerjourney, fromacquisitionto retention.You will overseemarketingefforts across multiple channels and analyze performancemetrics to assess campaigneffectivenessand make data-driven improvements.This opportunity will allowfor ample cross-functional collaborationwith teams across the Gaming organization, includingdigital marketing, international marketing and brand teamsin Gaming Marketing & Sales, Game Studios teams,3rdparty platformpartnersandGamesmarketingpeersto drive planning and growth efforts.You will play a critical role in maximizing customer engagement and driving revenue growth through effective lifecycle marketing strategies across various channels.

Responsibilities
  • You willdevelop andoversee our strategy around how we communicate with our gamers across devices and ecosystems.

  • Develop omnichannel marketing vision and consumeraudience strategyacross digital channels andpartnerschannels to ensure ROI optimization based on data insights.

  • Evolve our consumer engagementandongoinglifecycle marketingacross email, social, web andmobiledeveloping a cohesive strategy to deepen relationships with customers.

  • Partner withstore,games teams and product marketing leads toidentifyin-game/store levers and personalizationfor our gamesto drive incremental growth.

  • Partner withGaming Digital Marketing team toidentifyopportunities for personalized and targetedcommunicationstohepdrive digital sales activation across the portfolio.

  • Optimizeand remove friction onconsumergolden path.

  • Grow player driven data and insights - focused on deeper engagement with our consumers.

  • Providedeeper insights oneffectivenessof our campaigns across devices and ecosystems.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years in lifecycle marketing or related roles, preferably in consumer products.

  • Analytical skills, proficiency in marketing automation tools, and excellent communication.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Experience developing audience strategy to reach the right customers across the right channels.

  • Experiencebuilding digital marketing channels including email, web social and paid media.

  • Quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to synthesize data and analytics to understand performance and drive optimization in current and future campaigns.

  • Thrive in ambiguous situationsand is energized by creating new and better ways to develop marketing programs and campaigns.

Integrated Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
