What You'll Do Day-To-Day We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development Intern to join our Human Resources team in Lynchburg, Virginia. This internship designed for a rising junior or senior interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, early career engagement, and workforce development. This opportunity is ideal for a local student interested in Human Resources or Talent Management who wants to build practical experience while supporting meaningful initiatives related to hiring and developing future talent. We anticipate this being a multi-semester opportunity for the right candidate. Key responsibilities may include:
Assisting with campus recruiting activities and student engagement initiatives
