Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications is responsible for the reliable, stable, and scalable operation of Dorman's enterprise application portfolio, with SAP as a primary platform alongside a mix of onprem and SaaS solutions. This role owns the application run function and is accountable for operational excellence across Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management, while ensuring consistent standards across all applications. This leader builds a culture of high accountability and zero tolerance for repeat incidents, drives rigorous root cause analysis, and ensures permanent resolution. The role also ensures the team is focused on solving business problems, not just executing technical tasks, and that enhancement demand is met through disciplined capacity and resource management. Physical Requirement:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,200.00 to $193,600.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate. As a Dorman US contributor, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid time off (sick/vacation), and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date.
