Job Summary: The Quality & OPEX Director position is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading the team in quality improvement initiatives. The Director will also identify, prioritize, and execute critical operational improvements focusing on hard savings and improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ultimately, this role is responsible for ensuring that the assigned business unit meets all internal and external Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis as well as establishing and maintaining a professional relationship between the business unit and its customers and suppliers.
