The Operations Program Manager will work cross functionally across Operations, Delivery, Product and IT to bring strategic projects to completion. This role will leverage project management skills and oversee planning, executing and tracking of programs. This will include coordinating with work stream leaders to deliver on program goals, and readouts to senior leaders on program status.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage Operations projects and teams

  • Identify key stakeholders for respective projects

  • Solicit team members and subject matter expertise

  • Create and maintain project plan leveraging applicable methodology and toolset

  • Document progress and outcomes

  • Monitor and sustain gains/learnings

Program Management

  • Develop and maintain best practices for management of operational programs

  • Develop project management best practices to leverage across operational programs

  • Create best practices for regular cadence of reviews and progress checks on program health

Product Liaison

  • Partner closely with Product/IT to prioritize operations enhancements and systematic improvements

  • Gather requirements from business and ensure translation to Product and IT

  • Work across BUs to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Work with Product/IT to ensure releases are documented and trained properly for release

  • Work with business leaders to ensure upcoming enhancements are ready to be released to the business

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • 5-10 years Project/Program Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills - across multiple media
  • Engaging personality with ability build relationships and advocate across all levels of an organization
  • Proven success applying innovative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Results driven with proven ability to prioritize and execute on both strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines

Education:

Undergraduate degree in related field, with advanced education preferred.
