REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

TOWNSHIP SOLICITOR AND SPECIAL COUNSEL

Warrington Township, York County, is requesting information for the position of Township Solicitor. Applicants must submit in writing to Warrington Township, 3445 Rosstown Road, Wellsville, PA 17365. Our Board of Supervisors meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6: 00 pm. Our Planning Commission meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6: 00 pm.

Any inquiries concerning this RFI should be directed in writing to the above.

All information and documents submitted in response to this solicitation shall be available to the general public. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all RFI’s, with or without cause, and waive any irregularities or informalities. The Township further reserves the right to make investigations as it deems necessary to the qualifications of any and all applicants. The Township reserves the right to re-solicit RFI’s.

The applicant must be licensed to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania and be a member of the Bar in good standing. Applicants must also have prior municipal experience. Include a list of any other professional qualifications; experience and/or credentials you feel are relevant to this request.
