Genesis10 is currently seeking a Secure Browser Engineer for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role requires a dedicated engineer to support a complex Secure Browser product and its expected expansion into the Enterprise. The position involves dedicated engineering and support for advanced troubleshooting across Windows Enterprise OS, MAC, and Mobile Intune platforms as use cases expand beyond the initial pilot. Responsibilities: Provide dedicated engineering and support for a complex secure browser product Support the expansion of the product as a standard baseline component in the enterprise Perform advanced troubleshooting for expanded use cases on platforms including Windows, MAC, and Mobile Intune Manage and modify policies for the secure browsing product Modify and troubleshoot Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts Requirements: Advanced knowledge of the Windows and MAC operating systems Extensive support and troubleshooting experience in a very large Enterprise footprint Proficient with command line and PowerShell scripting Experience with the management of Data Loss Prevention products REGEX (Regular expression) expertise Direct experience with the management of a secure browsing product (e.g., Island or competing products) Experience with policy management and understanding the coding of URL syntax Familiarity with HTML and web coding Experience with development tools, log captures, and their use in troubleshooting Knowledge and use of other security products (e.g., Trellix, Crowdstrike, Microsoft EDR) Desired skills: Excellent written and verbal skills Able to communicate effectively with multiple levels of users Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
