Together We Grow - One Mission, One Team - With a Commitment to Serve Scope of Work: The Proposal Manager Level III is a senior-level position responsible for leading the company's largest and most strategic bids. This individual possesses an unparalleled understanding of the federal contracting landscape and acts as a strategic advisor to executive leadership. They are responsible for driving the overall proposal strategy, managing key relationships, and ensuring the long-term success of the company's proposal function. This position will support our Information Technology. Engineering & Professional Services (ITEPS) branch of business. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-orientated leader with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value proposals in the government contracting space. They thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and are skilled at coordinating with business development, contracts, pricing and technical teams to ensure alignment with solicitation requirements.
