As a Security Officer - Roving Rounds in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related issues, and respond to resident and visitor needs with strong customer service. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and teammates, and support a caring culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying the appropriate parties.
• Monitor entry points and community activity, verifying authorization for access when required and assisting with visitor directions and inquiries.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership, and participate in shift briefings as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
