Job Description

The Marketing Communications & Brand Experience Intern will support the development and execution of integrated marketing communications and brand initiatives that elevate our voice, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance the overall brand experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic messaging, content creation, internal and external communications, events and customer-facing brand moments.


This internship is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about storytelling, brand building, and creating meaningful customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Marketing Communications



  • Assist in developing and editing content for internal and external communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, website copy, presentations, and social media
  • Support campaign execution across multiple channels to ensure alignment with brand messaging and business objectives
  • Help maintain and organize marketing assets within digital platforms
  • Contribute to the creation of case studies, success stories, and customer-focused content
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on engagement metrics and campaign performance



Brand Experience



  • Support planning and coordination of customer-facing events, meetings, and brand activations
  • Assist in ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints including presentations, digital content, and experiential spaces
  • Help develop materials that enhance the customer journey before, during, and after engagement
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions focused on elevating brand storytelling and engagement strategies
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive brand experiences



Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, align messaging, and meet project deadlines
  • Support administrative tasks related to campaign execution and event logistics

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creative thinker with interest in branding, integrated marketing communications and customer engagement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with marketing platforms or content management systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
