Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Administrative Assistant II will perform secretarial and administrative duties for a program or department office or project team which may perform multiple unrelated activities.
  • Plan and produce correspondence, reports, proposals, memos, and other documentation using a personal computer.
  • Operate spreadsheet software such as Excel to produce finished documents.
  • Proofread completed documents.
  • Provide copying and production support as needed.
  • Administrative Assistant II will perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):



  • Strong administrative and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to proofread and edit documents accurately
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills


Minimum/General Experience:



  • 6 or more years related experience


Minimum Education:



  • Associate's Degree (or equivalent)
