Job Description
This position is responsible for the development, design, administration and management of training programs for patient account revenue cycle operations. The Analyst is involved with special projects, quality assurance, including but not limited to course development, new hire training and refresher classes, system training, and all external systems. Responsible for providing expertise and understanding of revenue cycle work flows by identifying and executing changes required to achieve targeted outcomes. Will perform a variety of analytical, operational, project management and reporting tasks to facilitate and enhance the effective performance of the revenue cycle process.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in healthcare field or equivalent knowledge required through a combination of higher education and experience.

  • Three years minimum experience in a hospital setting, physician's office, or insurance billing environment. Processes as well as billing requirements.

  • Experience in working with training staff in Revenue Cycle practices and ability to educate on a variety of software, processes and customer service standards.

  • Require advanced knowledge of healthcare financial data, revenue cycle processes, and industry best practices.
