Division: Beacon Bank & Trust Department: Small Business Admin Reports to: Director of Small Business Banking & Commercial Compliance Status: Non - Exempt Pay Grade: 9 Salary Range: $25.00 - $43.51 Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: MA, NY, CT, RI, VT Purpose/Objective: Provides relationship management support to Small Business in monitoring and servicing an existing exceptions managed portfolio of loans. Continuously evaluates exceptions-based portfolio performance to maintain portfolio quality and risk rating accuracy. Interacts with customers as well as bank employees to address credit and deposit service-related matters in a satisfactory manner.
