Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to join our account's core leadership team, where you will spearhead the delivery of best-in-class Facility Management Operations. In this pivotal role, you will act as a hands-on player-coach, guiding a dedicated facilities team to exceed all contract deliverables, from ensuring operational uptime and enhancing client satisfaction to championing service improvements and innovative best practices. A key collaborator, you will liaise with diverse businesses and stakeholders while supporting our Project Management, Experience Service, and Occupancy Planning functions to guarantee a fully integrated service. This position demands a forward-thinking leader with a proven strategic mindset and the ability to drive performance across a complex portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a safety-first culture by promoting and driving safe work practices timely training, best practices as well as delivering rewards and recognitions to promote safe behavior.

  • Drive superior performance through excellent people management Interface and develop relationships with on account team members and functions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives and practices

  • Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction with services provided, measured through quarterly KPIs and client satisfaction

  • Ensure effective integration of PDS, OP, ES, and IFM Operations across all sites to ensure seamless delivery to the client and drive a one-team mentality

  • Drive superior performance through excellent management

  • Own the financial and operational health of the region, implementing strategic plans to maximize value while diligently managing budget performance and variance reporting

  • Ensure understanding of contract requirements across the organization

  • Engage with individual sites to drive savings initiatives and keep savings tracker updated with all proper documentation

  • Lead with a Principle-Based Management approach, fostering a culture of empowerment where team members are trusted to use sound judgment and drive results.

  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

111,800 - 136,500.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

What this job involves:

As a Regional Facility Management Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing facility management operations across multiple sites. You'll drive excellence in safety, performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency while ensuring seamless integration of various functions and meeting contractual obligations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

* Fostering a safety-first culture through proactive measures and recognition programs

* Managing and developing high-performing teams across different regions and functions supporting multiple businesses and diverse stakeholders.

* Monitoring and improving client satisfaction through strong partnership

* Overseeing the integration of Project Delivery Services, Occupancy Planning, Experience Services and IFM Operations

* Managing budgetary plans and drive marginal value contribution initiatives across sites

* Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and achieving performance goals

* Introducing and implementing innovative facility management solutions

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

*This role will be expected to travel up to 50% based upon the needs of the business.

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience in facility management leadership roles

* Proven track record of managing large-scale facility operations and teams

* Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost optimization

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office suite

* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management

Preferred:

* Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or IFMA credentials

* Experience with energy management systems and sustainability initiatives

* Knowledge of project management principles and practices

* Familiarity with lean management techniques and continuous improvement methodologies

* Experience in managing client relationships in a B2B environment

* Multilingual skills to support global operations

Estimated compensation for this position:

111,800.00 - 136,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
