Description Answering incoming phone calls for technical support Microsoft Office suite Network configuration Web Browser add-ins and issues Printing issues Mobile devices Answering emails and voicemails for support Using remote tools (Bomgar) to connect to a client machine and troubleshoot Thorough documentation of all work done within the ticketing system (ServiceNow) Excellent communication skills (written and verbally) Provide exceptional customer service Virus and malware removal Other duties as assigned Installing software via SCCM 2 years' experience on a Service Desk or Desk Top Services Configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.) Excellent Troubleshooting Ability Windows 10 Working Knowledge Office 365 suite experience Some Technical Writing ability for knowledge base article creation Familiarity with Active Directory - change password, unlock accounts, group membership Familiarity with SCCM - Installing packages, verification Overtime to assist the team in coverage due to vacation and illness will be required as needed but not a regular expectation.
