This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. The OpportunityBlue Origin is building multiple spacecraft simultaneously-orbital rockets, lunar landers, rocket engines, and suborbital systems-all while preparing for the next generation of space vehicles. As SVP of Manufacturing Operations, you'll own the entire manufacturing enterprise: the strategy, the systems, the people, and the P&L that transforms cutting-edge designs into flight hardware across every program. This isn't a single-product manufacturing challenge. This is orchestrating a multi-billion-dollar manufacturing ecosystem spanning launch vehicles, propulsion systems, lunar exploration hardware, and new product introductions-all while scaling operations to meet humanity's accelerating demand for space access. The ChallengeBlue Origin is in the midst of unprecedented growth. New Glenn is ramping to high-rate orbital launch. BE-4 engines are powering both our vehicles and our partners'. Blue Moon is returning America to the lunar surface. New Shepard continues flying. And future programs that will enable us to innovate. Your mission: Build and lead the enterprise-wide manufacturing capability that enables all of this simultaneously. You'll ownfull P&L responsibilityacross the following programs: New Glenn, Engine, Lunar, New Shepard, and New Product Introduction (NPI). This requires synthesizing multiple complex programs into a unified manufacturing strategy while maintaining the execution discipline that spaceflight demands.
