The Business Outcome Readiness Partner is accountable to work with matrixed and cross functional teams of teams to achieve strategic business outcomes. This position plays a vital role in the planning, prioritization and execution of activities required to efficiently and effectively run the business and achieve our strategic objectives. Key accountabilities include representing the voice of the customer by providing domain knowledge and expertise to drive business outcomes, including the coordination of people, process and technology improvements. This role will act as a key change agent for the business and is accountable for business decisions related to the planning, delivery and operational aspects needed for the realization of business strategy. This role also provides domain knowledge and expertise to Technical Product Team(s) to drive business outcomes. Understands and communicates impacts to all changes, and ensures stakeholders are informed, aligned and ready to meet objectives.

The full salary grade for this position is $100,300-$172,000. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $100,300-$150,465. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
