Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position Position Overview The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer - EEE Parts Specialist serves as the primary technical interface between Strategic Programs, external customers, and the supply chain for Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) parts. This specialized role combines supplier quality engineering expertise with deep knowledge of aerospace EEE parts requirements, guiding customers and internal programs through development phases from concept through qualification and production. This position is critical to ensuring that EEE parts meet rigorous space flight and defense requirements while supporting customer success in navigating complex procurement, screening, qualification, and traceability requirements. The role requires exceptional technical communication skills to translate complex aerospace standards into actionable guidance for customers and suppliers alike.
