*Role Responsibilities*
* Ensures project inputs are accurately captured, validated, and entered into the appropriate systems and data repositories. * Distributes work, communications, and deliverables to the correct stakeholders quickly and efficiently. * Owns all meeting operations, including agenda preparation, facilitation, notetaking, documentation of action items, and followup tracking. * Manages workstreams, timelines, and project details while maintaining the administrative structure that enables smooth project execution. * Drives team success by removing barriers, creating organization, and keeping initiatives on track. * Provides logistical and administrative support such as travel coordination, expense processing, and calendar management when required. *Additional Scope* * Supports PMO initiatives, with a focus on integration activities. * Maintains comprehensive tracking of project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. * Participates in IT Project related activities (governance, compliance, or project controls depending on the specific program). * Chicago Based - 1x per week *Tools & Systems* * Microsoft 365 Suite * Excel (advanced proficiency preferred) * Responsible for driving, monitoring, and closing out action items across workstreams *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $42.57 - $42.57/hr.
