About the Role As the People Data & Analytics Intern, you will play a handson role in shaping how American Modern uses HR data to guide strategic priorities across our workforce. You'll dig into multiple systems, help streamline and automate reporting, and partner with HR leaders to support real initiatives that matter to our employees and leaders. This is a meaningful internship. You'll be treated as an emerging data professional thinking critically, solving problems, and contributing to projects that have real business impact.
