Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will be part of the Americas Compensation team within the Global Compensation Function, focusing on the North America client service professional (CSP) sub-team.
In this role, you will apply firm-wide compensation principles across pre-partner colleagues in the CSP paths in North America, ensuring outcomes are equitable, competitive, and aligned with the firm's priorities.
You will partner with firm, functional, and market leaders to design, implement, and govern compensation strategies. This includes translating firm, talent, and financial priorities into structured CSP compensation strategies, assessing implications, and advising on key decisions impacting CSP populations. You will also oversee level setting, structure design, and the execution of compensation cycles.
You will conduct comprehensive analyses, such as market benchmarks and people metrics, to develop recommendations on levels and structures. Additionally, you will lead problem-solving efforts for complex or ambiguous CSP scenarios, refining frameworks as needed. You will own end-to-end CSP compensation outcomes in North America, directly managing a defined population, including the tech population, and serving as the escalation point for high-risk or sensitive matters.
You will drive CSP compensation communication efforts, such as annual town halls and FAQs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with firm principles. Your role will also involve ensuring accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance with CSP compensation data and processes.
You will establish professional management across the CSP compensation team by setting priorities, operationalizing plans, and coaching team members to support their professional growth. Additionally, you will strengthen workflows, decision rights, and escalation paths to improve clarity and efficiency.
You will lead the adoption of new technologies and process enhancements to continuously improve operational efficiency and the overall colleague experience, ensuring a consistent and effective "One Firm" approach across markets.
YOUR GROWTH
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:

The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.

You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 8+ years of experience across strategy & operations, compensation, or broader people-related roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Establish trust with colleagues across geographies, roles, and levels, and maintain a non-hierarchical approach with strong influencing capabilities
  • Demonstrated credible leadership, analytics, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Passion for taking on new challenges, with a commitment to the firm's mission and values
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to high-quality results
