As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support visitors and staff through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with directing visitors and deliveries in accordance with post orders and location procedures.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating clearly with site personnel, public agencies, and/or Allied Universal teams while following established post instructions and reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
