As a Technical Designer - Critical Facilities - Junior in Gensler's Phoenix office, you will play a key role in the production and delivery of complex, technical projects, with a strong emphasis on Revit-based documentation and precision modeling. Support the production of construction documents with a strong focus on Revit modeling, detailing, and documentation accuracy Contribute to the development and refinement of technical drawing sets, ensuring alignment with design intent and project requirements Assist in resolving complex technical and detailing challenges through thoughtful, practical solutions Support the coordination of building systems by gaining hands-on exposure to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components within complex building environments, and actively developing your technical understanding of their integration. Participate in all project phases from conceptual design through construction, with an emphasis on Design Development and Construction Documentation Collaborate closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractorsto solve technical design challenges by communicating effectively across disciplines and contributing to the delivery of hightech, missioncritical projects through thoughtful problem-solving. Develop and maintain Revit standards, workflows, and model integrity across projects Produce 3D models, diagrams, and technical graphics to support design communication and coordination Support coordination with consultants and internal teams to ensure constructability and technical excellence Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, helping refine workflows, tools, and delivery processes
