* Translate discovery insights into hypotheses and actionable backlog items with confirmed feasibility and outcome alignment.

* Communicate priorities, findings, and progress clearly to maintain alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements / Backlog Management

* Develop PRDs, process flows, and prototypes that define user needs, business goals, and functional/non-functional requirements for the product area.

* Own and prioritize the backlog using MoSCoW, Value-Effort analysis, and RICE to balance time-to-market, scalability, and technical debt.

* Translate product vision into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, dependencies, and compliance considerations.

* Gather feedback and behavioral data to refine backlog items that meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done while coordinating with product leadership on cross-team risks and dependencies.

Technical & Solution Alignment

* Collaborate with engineering and architecture to ensure requirements translate to viable technical solutions aligned to platform patterns.

* Evaluate technical tradeoffs and provide input on scalability, extensibility, auditability, and integration approaches.

* Anticipate downstream needs such as data structures, validation logic, audit trails, and reusable components.

Continuous Delivery and Execution

* Own delivery execution for the product area from validated requirements through production release and post-launch enhancements.

* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

* Define delivery milestones and success criteria in partnership with Scrum Masters, RTEs, and program/project managers.

* Monitor progress, remove impediments, and ensure delivery aligns with OKRs, quality standards, and timelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Cross-Functional Influence

* Serve as the primary product interface for business owners, technology partners, end users, and delivery teams.

* Manage conflicting priorities through structured rationale, data insights, and outcome[1]focused communication.

* Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs transparently; escalate to the Director when needed.

* Promote agility, experimentation, and continuous learning within the product area while modeling systems thinking.

Performance Optimization and Improvement

* Define and analyze product performance against KPIs to identify areas for enhancement.

* Prioritize improvements to user experience, workflow quality, system performance, and business outcomes.

* Drive post-launch iteration using continuous learning to inform the roadmap and operational processes.
