Job Description

As a Lean Project Manager, you will lead and facilitate cross functional projects engaging multiple functions to achieve process excellence. Stakeholders include: Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Support teams across the Power and Motion Control Business and functions. You will report to Sr. Business Operations Manager. You will work Hybrid in Mequon, WI.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead cross functional teams to achieve process improvement
• Achieve project deliverables (time, cost and goals) and productivity results through improvement sustainment
• Positively lead teams and organizations through change
• Communicate with teams and leadership to ensure support for resources and buy-in for change
• Listen to and grasp team and project stakeholder needs to cultivate collaboration
• Navigate corporate culture / developing positive working relationships with stakeholders and project team(s)
• Lead materials cost savings projects
• Experience hands-on leadership of cross-functional and cross-geography process improvement projects
• Facilitate Value Stream Map & Kaizen events with experience in challenging situations and overcoming setbacks
• Partner with sourcing, OES, SSO, CE, Development, MFG and other functions to identify and deliver cost savings projects
• Manage data to find improvement opportunities through prioritization
• Comfortable leading change in areas outside of subject matter expertise.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Quality, Materials, or Operations
• Travel approximately 10% per year
• Experience participating in or leading value streams
• Knowledge of Kaizen and other Lean Six Sigma facilitation tools
• PMP certification / Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
• Experience leading project teams
• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
