We are searching for a talented Endoscopy (GI) Nurse Manager The Endoscopy (GI) Nurse Manager oversees daily operations of the Endoscopy departments across St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA and Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA, ensuring highquality, efficient, and patientcentered care. This leadership role is responsible for managing staffing needs, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations. The manager monitors fiscal reports and responds to variances, controls supply usage and costs, maintains regulatory and safety standards, performs quality audits and coordinates procedure block scheduling to support optimal patient flow. Additional responsibilities include planning and leading staff meetings, fostering team development, presenting at meetings, and collaborating with physicians and hospital leadership to support service growth and operational excellence.
