Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Our priority is to hire professional, caring customer service representatives who are committed to supporting our drivers and delivering excellent service to the communities we serve. If you're bilingual and enjoy helping others, you'll thrive in this role.

• Answer incoming customer calls and process requests for new service, cancellations, or changes.
• Accept and process customer payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information.
• Work with customers and internal Waste Connections teams to identify service needs, resolve issues, and provide safe, costeffective, environmentally sound solutions.

• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (English + Spanish).
• 2+ years of highvolume customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
