Bilingual Performing Loan Consultant Start Date: April 27, 2026 Location: Tempe, AZ 85288 Work Arrangement: InOffice in Tempe, AZ Shift: * Training: * Weeks 1-2: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM * Weeks 3-4: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Production: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM What You'll Do * Handle inbound and outbound calls supporting homeowners with mortgagerelated questions and pastdue payments * Identify customer needs and establish practical payment solutions to help accounts become current * Accurately document interactions while meeting performance, quality, and compliance standards Qualifications * Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) * Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or highvolume phone environment * Comfortable working with Windowsbased systems and Microsoft Office * Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced setting Why This Role This contracttohire opportunity offers handson exposure to mortgage servicing with strong potential for longterm growth.
