*Job Title: *Customer Service Representative *Start Date: *5/4/2026 *Location:* Tempe, AZ 85284 *Workplace Type: *In Office (On-site) *Shift:* Must be available 7 days/week between 5:00 AM-10:00 PM (assigned set schedule within these hours) *Job Description :* * Handle high-volume inbound calls (and some follow-up calls) to support customers with prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information * Accurately document and enter customer/member details while meeting quality and accuracy expectations (50-100 calls/day depending on complexity) * Navigate multiple systems and tools to research, track, and update information while providing a positive customer experience *Qualifications:* * 1+ year of high-volume call center experience within the last 2-3 years (and 1+ year tenure in recent roles) *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
