Description
General Overview The Chief Information Officer (CIO) serves as a strategic business partner and member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide technology strategy. This role demands a visionary technology leader who can drive digital optimization, enhance operational efficiency, ensure cybersecurity resilience, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all banking channels. The CIO will oversee all aspects of Information Technology, Information Security, Physical Security, and related vendor relationships while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. After hours and weekend support will be required for systems changes and disaster recovery testing. Travel to conferences, meetings and branch locations may be necessary.
