MaineHealth Primary Care - Internal Medicine - Falmouth is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join their well-established outpatient practice located in Falmouth, Maine. The selected candidate will join seven physicians and two advanced practice providers. MaineHealth Internal Medicine has redesigned care in alignment with the Patient Centered Medical Home care model to provide more convenient care with patient centered continuity. We are looking for physicians who want to play an important role in making the care team of the future a reality for the people of greater Portland. MaineHealth Internal Medicine - Falmouth is also home to ambulatory teaching including a 9-resident ambulatory teaching program supporting the Maine Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency Program and the Maine Medical Center-Tufts University School of Medicine Medical School Program. This is a full-time position, .85 FTE.

• Team-based care model with collaborative approach to care.
• An academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine, with opportunities for teaching and mentoring residents and medical students from the Maine Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency Program as well as the Maine Medical Center-Tufts University School of Medicine.

Qualifications:

• Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school.
• Active and unrestricted State of ME medical license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Board Certification/Eligibility.
