Job Title: CNC Maintenance Mechanic (Aerospace/Manufacturing) Duration: Direct Hire Shift: Schedule: 1st Shift: 7am - 5:30 Mon-Thu Pay rate range: $25.00hr - Can be flexible depending on skill/experience Location: Moncks Corner SC 29461 Note: Relocation/Sign on Bonus - Up t0 $5,000 Candidates need to be on site for an interview (we can pay for travel). Must have a copy/transcript of High School/GED. Role & Responsibilities: Assist in the removal, repair or relocating of machine tools; assist in the installation of air and water lines, align and adjust machines for production operation. Assist in diagnosing defects in equipment and make necessary repairs. Repair and perform preventative maintenance to various types of hydraulic equipment, machine tools, building plumbing and related equipment. Relocate production machinery and parts. Construct, install, maintain, repair and overhaul test stands, fixtures and related hydraulic equipment. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. 3 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience. Working knowledge of general manufacturing and assembly processes. Demonstrated experience with mechanical and electrical controls or equivalent training. Demonstrated CNC controls and electronics troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated machine tool repair experience. Experience with Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems preferred (i.e. pumps, cylinders, accumulators, filters, & piping) tube bending, piping fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
