JobResponsibilities





  • Helpwiththe Inspectionofcarriers/trailers of inbound and outbound shipments.






  • Escortsdriverswhenin the facility.






  • Helpwiththe receipt andunloadsfreight,checkfor damaged goods,verifyitems and quantities received with BOL, Packing List, PO, etc.






  • Moves materials asrequiredfor sampling, inspection, status label changes, etc.






  • Assistwith the move of materials from Quarantine to Released or Rejected areas as directed by Warehouse Management.






  • Assistin dispensing activities for Packaging and Raw materials.






  • Picks materials from Released inventory following GMP rules asrequiredper production schedule, pick list, or production record requirement.






  • Completesnecessary documentation entries.






  • Deliversmaterials to specified locations in the warehouse.






  • Maintains assigned areas in a clean and orderly state. Performs minor and spot cleaning asrequired.






  • Complies withall aspects of quality management system, cGMP policies,documentationand record keepingin accordance withindustry and FDA standards and Safety and sanitation regulations.






  • Other duties assigned as required by Warehouse Management.







Education Qualifications





  • High School Diploma (or equivalent experience)






Experience





  • Two (2) to three (3) years of direct work experience in warehousing.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical warehousing.






  • Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.






Skills/ Competencies





  • Must have legible handwriting, and the ability to performaccuratedocumentation.






  • Musthave basic math skills.






  • Must be organized, capable of following instructions, and can coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.






  • Basic computer skills.






  • Must be willing to work in a generic pharmaceutical warehouse setting.






  • Must have the physical ability, coordination, skills, and judgment necessary tooperatematerial handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely and without damage to materials, equipment, or facilities.






  • Must be able to lift upto 50 pounds.
