  • Lead the design and delivery of large, technically complex projects-including a major DOT laboratory facility- from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with government regulations, zoning codes, and industry standards
  • Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and sound architectural judgment in solving technical challenges in the field and advancing project goals
  • Mentor and coordinate junior staff and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Travel as needed to project sites and client meetings, supporting successful project execution

What You Bring:

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and business practices related to architecture

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Play a critical onsite role on long term, high profile projects that directly impact New York's public infrastructure
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals
  • Advance your career in a flexible, supportive environment that values technical excellence, mentorship, and professional development
